Carswell Curated Events is based in Alvarado, Texas, and serves couples throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding North Texas communities. Travel outside the DFW area may be available upon request. 

Wedding Coordination is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced professional to manage the details and execution leading up to and on the wedding day.

Planning services provide additional support throughout the planning process, including vendor recommendations, design guidance, logistics, and ongoing assistance.

The sooner, the better! The ideal booking timeline depends on the level of support you need. Couples seeking Full Planning services typically book 9–18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings. Wedding Coordination services can often be booked closer to the wedding date based on availability. 

Yes! Wedding Coordination and Planning packages include décor setup and light teardown of personal items, so your family and friends can relax and enjoy the celebration. 

Absolutely. Wedding Coordination and Planning packages include up to one hour of rehearsal coordination to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared for the wedding day. 

Yes, Carswell Curated Events carries professional liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request. 

To provide a personalized experience and exceptional service, I intentionally limit the number of weddings I accept each year. 

Yes! I work directly with your vendor team to confirm logistics, review timelines, and ensure everyone is aligned before your wedding day. 

Absolutely. Based on your style, budget, and priorities, I can recommend trusted vendors throughout the DFW area. 

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Yes. Flexible payment plans are available, and the remaining balance can be divided into installments leading up to your wedding.
